Freestyle Season Starting
Freestyle Wrestling Starts March 30th
Keep one foot in the room after folkstyle ends. Freestyle training gives wrestlers live situations, technical development, and structured coaching without losing momentum.
Youth Wrestling Program in Newtown Square
A Wrestling Room Built for Athletes Who Are Ready to Be Coached
Most youth programs run drills. Elite Wrestling Club coaches.
Athletes are watched, corrected, challenged, and held to a standard. They are not left alone to figure it out. They are coached through hard rounds, live situations, and the mistakes that keep them from improving. In this room, mistakes do not hide. They get corrected.
This room is not built for casual participation. It is built for young athletes willing to work and parents who understand that real development comes through pressure, correction, and consistency. If your wrestler is ready for that, this is where the work starts.
Earned Belief
Belief is not handed out here. It shows up when a wrestler handles hard rounds, fixes mistakes, follows coaching, and realizes they can do what used to overwhelm them.
Discipline
Athletes learn to listen, focus, follow instruction, and keep working when training gets difficult. If they cannot stay engaged, they will not grow. The standard is simple: listen, work, respond.
Resilience
Wrestlers lose, adjust, come back, and learn that difficulty is not failure.
It is part of getting better.
Mental Toughness
Pressure is introduced on purpose. Athletes are coached through it so they learn how to stay composed, hear instruction, and respond when it matters.
"Henry has improved more from the handful of your practices
than any other training/practice program he has attended."
- Tom, Elite Wrestling Club Parent
STRUCTURED COACHING. DEMANDING ROOM. REAL DEVELOPMENT.
If You Want More Than Activity, This Is It
This is not a keep-them-busy program.
Elite Wrestling Club is for wrestlers who are ready to be coached, corrected, tested, and developed in a room where standards matter.
If your athlete needs a soft first step, this is probably not the right room. If they are ready to work, start here.
INVESTMENT.
Simple, Structured Training Options
Every program is built around coaching, progression, and real development so your wrestler isn’t just attending practice, they’re getting better every week.
